So New Year, New Start. I have hidden all the old posts and am starting fresh. This post will be a tad out of the ordinary from what I am planning for this blog. Introductions I feel, are the best way to begin things.
My name is Tamara, I am 25 as of February 28th. My husband Jay and I have three beautiful children, Jaycob our rambunctious six year old, Abigail our three going on thirteen year old, and seventh month old Jackson. As I am sure you can tell my the title I knit a fair bit. I am by no means a great knitter, I have the basics down. So in part I plan on writing about navigating my way through the learning process. I am attempting crochet, but can barely get past the chaining, its just not clicking! Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I have many knitting books and magazines as well, and I have set a goal to knit one pattern from each, and give a mini "review" of the book.
I try to make a point of saying something positive that happened in our lives recently, since I tend to focus on the negatives. My husband had his surgery finally this past Tuesday. In a few short weeks he will finally be free of the pain his hernia was causing for so long. Also my son lost his third tooth, which looks adorable, when he lost his first two his adult teeth were already half up, so he was never officially toothless until now!
